House Eleven Advisory is led by Nicole Bernard, whose experience spans local government, public affairs, civic engagement, health promotion, and strategic initiatives.
Her work has included briefing congressional leaders on issues affecting their communities, convening public forums around government policy and budget processes, advancing civic engagement initiatives, and working across sectors to strengthen access, participation, and community outcomes.
That experience informs House Eleven’s approach: understand the institution, understand the people, understand the environment—and build strategy with all three in view.
